Welcome to Walk Niagara Tours! By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments

All tours must be booked in advance through our website (fallstour.com) or approved booking platforms (e.g. Viator, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, Tiqets etc.,).

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our guests and our guides.

Customer Cancellations:

100% refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour start time.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

Company Cancellations:

If Walk Niagara Tours cancels a tour due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

A full refund or

The option to reschedule (subject to availability)

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

3. Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. In cases of extreme weather that may impact safety (e.g., lightning, high winds, flooding), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the tour.

4. Arrival and Punctuality

Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tours begin promptly, and late arrivals may not be able to join once the tour has started. No refunds are issued for late arrivals.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must follow the instructions of their tour guide at all times.

Guests participate at their own risk and should be in reasonable health and fitness for walking tours.

Let us know of any medical conditions or accessibility needs at the time of booking.

6. Photography & Media

We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let your guide know at the start of the tour.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in a Walk Niagara Tour, you agree to release Walk Niagara Tours, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date.
